Who we are
Acid is a
healthy soft drink. But it is not just another lemonade, it is a way of life.
Our target group are youngsters. They are
dressed up to the latest trends of fashion, they are politically involved, they
care about environment and they aim for a better world. They tend
to buy at smaller shops, biological stores and via internet. They identify
themselves with big personalities in history who were able to create change. They like
travelling, because of experiences and getting to know other cultures and
people. They travel light, they are couch surfers and they want to spend, but
only on products that enrich their life.They eat
and drink healthy, sometimes alcohol but never too much, biological food and if
it comes to our product, they want a soft drink only containing healthy ingredients
and not the Cola's and Fanta’s of this society full of hidden acid.
That explains our name, ACID Another Choice In Drinking. It is not just a drink, it is a statement!
All revenues of the sales go to our new foundation ACID, helping youngsters to make the world a better place.
Our initial target group does not watch regular television. They download what they want to see and hate regular advertising. So therefore we chose not to make a regular ad, but an inspirational film we plan to upload to YouTube. Through the use of user interaction and sharing we feel that our campaign will go viral and we will receive a much broader target group, not just the politically involved, biological juice drinking youngsters. That is why we will not only sell our product online and via biological shops, but we will also sell our products in regular supermarkets.
The fact that we are just an upcoming company was another reason not to choose for regular TV advertisement as this is extremely costly (think of broadcasting rights etc.). To introduce the drink, besides the main ad, we will hand out ACID on festivals like Tomorrowland, Ultra and Sensation.
The appearance of the bottle is simple. Do not waste too much on the material. The bottle is made of recycled glass and for the design of the label we chose to give the chance to a promising young artist from India.
